By using Dlearn ("service", "app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Dlearn is an educational and gaming application for learning English, including game elements (coins, trophies, battles, leaderboards, friends, etc.).

2. Registration and Account

To use certain features of the service, registration via email/password or through Google is required.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to transfer access to your account to third parties.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

3. Code of Conduct

Using offensive, inappropriate, or misleading usernames is prohibited.
Using cheats, bots, autoclickers, or other methods to unfairly gain coins/trophies is prohibited.
Insulting other users in the friends section, chats, or other game screens is prohibited.

4. Virtual Items

Coins, trophies, and other in-game items have no real monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are intended solely for use within the app.

5. Advertising

The service may display advertisements, including through Google AdSense/AdMob, to maintain free access to the app's features.

6. Intellectual Property

All design elements, text, graphics, and code of Dlearn are the property of its developers and are protected by law. Copying without permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the app and are not liable for any loss of game progress or virtual items.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete a user account for violating these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
